JURY LIST.
In my report last year, I suggested that all Efficient

Volunteers might exempted from Jury duty, as I believe is the case
in the Straits Settlements.
I beg to put forward this suggestion again for consideration.
LIAISON WITH COMMAND HEADQUARTERS AND REGULAR UNITS.
I desire again to express my appreciation of the increased
Liaison that now exists between this Corps and the above
Colonel H.. Harrison, D.S.0. in particular has earned the special
thanks of all members of the Corps.
OFFICERS AND OTHER RANKS OF THE CORES.
The standard of efficiency throughout the Corps hus
continued to improve. It has been a very basy year for the Corps,
consequently the average attendance again exceeded previous years.
I desire particularly to commond those members of the
Corps who comprised the Corp's Syndicate for the kirkpatrick Cup
and with their able Essay wore bracketed First in the Competition.
